Who should attend from your state?
We invite states to attend as a team representing key aspects of their state’s career pathways system. We highly encourage CTE leaders and staff to attend and designate a point of contact once a team is assembled.
Example of key partners to include in your team: CTE leaders and staff, adult education leaders, workforce and economic development leaders, employers and labor representatives, and community based organization leaders.
For any questions regarding team configurations, email us: infoCP@manhattanstrategy.com
The meeting will be a daylong, facilitated working meeting. As part of a state team, you will participate in planning sessions focused on, creating partnerships, capacity building, networking, and strategic planning. State teams will walk away with the tools and resources that may empower career pathways systems change.
You will also have the opportunity to learn about the approaches other state leaders have used to overcome common challenges and barriers to career pathways systems development.
